Responsibilities Include:

• Bring new products to market by analyzing product requirements and spear heading product development; establishing time schedules and managing inputs from engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure successful product launch and lifecycle.
• Work with R&D to test the feasibility of any new products based on cost analysis, market evaluation, and manufacturing requirements.
• Manage all projects related to getting products to market including research, development, drawing, sourcing materials, working with designers of products, working with purchasing to set inventory levels, sourcing new vendors for materials, feasibility studies, time studies, instruction manuals, engineering/manufacturing memos, packing methods, etc.
• Evaluate existing product lines to ensure profitable production and good customer experience.

Skills & Experience Required:

• At least 3 years engineering and manufacturing related experience
• Furniture Industry experience a plus
• Proficiency in CAD required
• MS Word and Excel proficiency required
• Analytical skills required
