Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrive at workstation on time.
• Maintain safe and clean work station.
• Properly identify receive and inspect purchased materials (primarily chairs) through Intuitive ERP System.
• Store materials in an organized and safe manner.
• Pull chairs for finishing room.
• Sand and inspect chairs after finished.
• Prep chairs for upholsterer (seat, back, and fabric).
• Print bill of laden (BOL) for upholsterer.
• Receives materials (primarily chairs) in from upholsterer and match up to tickets.
• Install hardware, black bottom and clean chairs.
• Inspect and print labels for chairs.
• Shrink wrap chairs.
• Box chairs and prep for shipment.
• Pull frames, install hardware other prep as necessary for outgoing to vendor..
• Print BOL for outgoing vendor.
• Properly receive frames in from vendor and put in stock as required.
• Properly receive Fabric in and put in stock as required.
• Perform appropriate transactions for material movements in Intuitive ERP System.
• Detect defective material and notify proper personnel of any issues.
• Report shortages and monitor inventory levels for reorder points.
• Periodically cycle count materials to verify quantity against inventory records
• Assist in shipping and other plant functions as determined by business conditions and at the direction of management.
